It is our belief that Understanding and Capability combine to deliver the best service and the best and most appropriate balance of price and coverage (i.e. an Optimal Insurance Outcome).
1. Understanding:
- Client. We spend time determining how the clients business works; what sets it apart from the average; what the needs are.
- Insurance company. Our experience at having worked at an Insurer means that we know what drives and motivates an insurance company. We can access the right people at the right terms and conditions.
- Insurance market. Clients may have heard of the hard and soft market cycle, but what does this actually mean for them? There are different strategies and tactics that can be used to best position a client for not just the next renewal but the future as well.
2. Capability:
- Technical capability. Purchasing a product is one thing but the devil is in the detail. We have a genuine understanding of the intricacies of the financial lines policies, which we best use to secure appropriate cover for the client.
- Commercial capability. As an example, you can provide the same information to five people at the same insurance company and get five different outcomes. We have the experience and relationships to know whom to access, and how to secure the best result for a client.
- Communication. We ensure that all parties know the tasks, timeframes and responsibilities to ensure that no-one is left without options. We have the skills to succinctly shape and convey the right message so that there is no confusion.
